Wine tasting Tuesday, February 9th

Tomorrow at 7 p.m. Negociants will be hosting a wine tasting at Eight Mile Creek, 240 Mulberry Street. They will be featuring South Australian wines from Barossa and Eden Valley paired with select dishes to enhance their natural flavors. The menu is as follows:

Yalumba Chardonnay, Wild Ferment 2008 matched with grilled barramundi with rocket, lemon aioli

Yalumba Viognier, Y-series 2008 matched with moreton bay bug with bok choy, coconut curry

Yalumbar Shiraz/Viognier, Y-series 2007  matched with pepperberry pork loin with sweet potato mash

Langmeil Cabernet, Blacksmith 2006 matched with lamb shank sliders with beet relish

Seppeltsfield Liqueur Muscat, #9 NV matched with sticky date pudding with ginger ice cream
